Northport is gearing up for another successful Pacific Halibut season! Currently, we are working with several vessels that will deliver Halibut for the opener. The quota for 2012 has been reduced by another 18.3% (after a similar reduction in 2011). Although concerning Northport expects regular supply throughout the season! Our fleet and supply lines continue to expand as we strive to meet the demand for high quality halibut in the fresh marketplace. We look forward to supplying you with both up to date market information and quality fresh Halibut!
orthport will be flying fresh king crab from Dutch Harbor, AK to Anchorage on a weekly basis based on preorders. 
The fresh wild salmon season in Alaska has seen strong production in 2011. Copper River, Prince William Sound and Cook Inlet have provided a steady supply of high quality sockeye for the fresh market. As the summer days begin to shorten our focus shifts to troll and net Coho up and down the west coast, high quality Arctic Keta and the wild runs of both Johnstone Strait and Puget Sound. Below you will find our highlighted list of wild salmon fisheries that we at Northport have found to be reliable, consistent and of exceptional quality.
